I drove right where that bomb robot is standing on Saturday. Under a railroad bridge. Very good friends have a house two blocks from the SSP trash can- you can see the can from their porch.
Troubling times. It looks like the Elizabeth IEDs were found by homeless people looking for anything of value. Amazing what could have happened.

Yeah getting into the city this morning was a pain in the ass. The Chelsea bomb was on the opposite side of Chelsea to me, which in turn made me realize I didn’t know how far Chelsea went uptown until Sunday.
